Jinna Sánchez went from intern to innovator with a front-row view of two things: the depth of Colombian talent, and the North American companies struggling to find it.
The gap was never skill. Colombia’s universities, tech sectors, and logistics workforces are among the strongest in Latin America. What was missing was the bridge. A staffing partner that understood both sides, that could match the right professionals with the right companies and make the integration seamless. So in 2017, Jinna built it.
Today TCA places professionals across six verticals: logistics, accounting, sales support, customer service, IT, and marketing. Jinna leads every aspect of the operation, from talent sourcing and client relationships to the training programs that make TCA placements productive from day one. The mission is unchanged. The Logistics Veteran
Derek Scarbrough spent nearly two decades in logistics, from freight forwarding to customs brokerage, learning how global operations really work from the inside.
When he traveled to Colombia and began working alongside local professionals, he saw something most staffing firms overlooked. The talent, the work ethic, the drive. People who didn’t just meet the standard, they raised it.
That firsthand experience became the foundation of TCA. Together with Jinna, Derek built a company around a simple belief: the best nearshore teams aren’t just cost-effective. They’re exceptional.
