Jinna Sánchez went from intern to innovator with a front-row view of two things: the depth of Colombian talent, and the North American companies struggling to find it.
The gap was never skill. Colombia’s universities, tech sectors, and logistics workforces are among the strongest in Latin America. What was missing was the bridge. So in 2017, Jinna built it.
Today TCA places professionals across six verticals: logistics, accounting, sales support, customer service, IT, and marketing. The mission is unchanged. The right talent, the right partners, built to last.
